Welcome to JET! Empowering Black Entrepreneurs

 This initiative was born from a series of in-depth interviews and interactive workshops, aimed at delving into the resilience and unique challenges faced by Black business owners. A key insight was the expressed need for a dedicated referral and networking group tailored specifically to Black entrepreneurs. 

 Responding to this need, JET was created as a space committed to fostering unity and collaboration among Black entrepreneurs, while championing their sustainable success.  JET offers an exclusive online platform, designed for entrepreneurs to access tailored resources and engage in meaningful collaborations, fostering deep connections within our community. 

 Drawing inspiration from the diverse experiences and stories shared by these entrepreneurs, JET is dedicated to cultivating an environment where collaboration flourishes, and business challenges are addressed with innovative, community-driven solutions. 

 Our mission extends beyond individual achievements, aiming to cultivate a collective ethos of empowerment and prosperity within the Black business community.  Moreover, our strategic partnerships with external entities are designed to bridge significant representation gaps, ensuring a continuum of support for our members' endeavors. 

 At JET, we harness the communal spirit to bridge gaps and create opportunities, actively facilitating business referrals among members. This deliberate exchange is central to our ethos, ensuring each member's business aspirations are supported by the patronage of their peers. 

 Through engaging meetings and events, we strive to empower our community and raise awareness, nurturing the emergence of new opportunities.
